The well-known steakhouse, Morton’s of Chicago, serves the best beef from America: USDA Prime.
Only two to three percent of the beef produced in the US is classified as USDA Prime. Morton’s beef is grain-fed and wet-aged for three to four weeks. It is then broiled to perfection at 500ºC.
Morton’s of Chicago is also a perfect place for wine lovers. We have around 100 bottles in stock, primarily from the US but we also have wines from French, Italy, Spain, Japan and so on.
We had a quick interview with Morton’s Brand Manager Robert Tichit about their food, social distancing measures and newly opened bar.
